This was so yum! I left out the coffee, vanilla and salt and added an extra tablespoon of water. Cooked it for a minute and it was moist, rich and delicous! I half the recipe too – the whole thing is too much and it’s much less calories!

I also have tried and hated this cake aswell but I made it without the instant cofee and it was so dry and wasnt easy to stir a spoon in a mug

Thank you so much, this was a good read. I was actually born in Spain (I'm not telling you when though!) but was moved around europe and finally settled in the UK when I was 5. I dont remember an awful lot of the few years I was in spain, but the delicious smell of spanish food always seems to ring a bell in me or something. It's weird how I dont remember anything except the smells,isn't it! I actually found a whole internet site dedicated to spanish recipes, which gave me great delight and thought I ought to share. Anyway, thank you again. I'll get my son to add your feed to my rss app...

Thank you, very useful. I wasnt really a big fan of Spinach for many years ( lie, I hated the stuff), but after marrying a vegan I kind of had to put up with it, and have gradually come to absolutely love the stuff. Spinach curry is now my absolute favourite! I even found an entire spinach recipes website which is my new favourite site now, you should take a look!
